i Maraming beses na kitang nilayasan Iniwanan at iba ang pinuntahan Parang babaeng mahirap talagang malimutan Ikaw lamang ang aking laging binabalikan Manila, Manila I keep coming back to Manila Simply no place like Manila Manila, I'm coming home I walked the streets of San Francisco I've tried the rides in Disneyland Dated a million girls in Sydney Somehow I feel like I don't belong Hinahanap-hanap kita Manila Ang ingay mong kay sarap sa tenga Mga Jeepney mong nagliliparan Mga babae mong naggagandahan Take me back in your arms Manila And promise me you'll never let go Promise me you'll never let go Manila, Manila Miss you like hell, Manila No place in the world like Manila I'm coming here to stay ii. Too, uh, cheesy to mention. Check the lyrics here . iii. I've been drunk or inebriated every day of this week since Saturday last week; since I'm holding an inuman party ...
Lol! So this was the catalyst for that Contra chat you were forcing me into. Lol!
ReplyDeleteLagi haha! Tsk, now they are too old.
I insist this is still for the win though:

THE FUTURE:

Insist away. I maintain that the mindless gameplay Contra brings to its gamers beats most other similar platformers (with the exception of Metalslug)any day. If I wanted to play spiderman, I'd look for a spiderman game hehehe.
ReplyDeleteNah, it was the GFX geek in me. That game had the most innovative idea for its time back when the Famicom reigned supreme. I took to it like a moth to a light bulb. Never convinced my folks to buy it though. This remake, my friend Martin, is redemption!!
ReplyDeleteBut ya it's not as cathartic as Contra. Sans the sentimental value, Serious Sam 2 will serve you well in that department if you wanna go Columbine-ish. (But with 3D gfx and absurd, ridiculous, surreal, BIG EFFING GUNS!!) :D
Sorry, no shooters for me. I prefer platformers. Shooters make me dizzy.
